In Las Vegas, Wade Tyler Millward notes the official Raiders team store "will open two new locations in the Las Vegas area." A Raider Image will "open a location at Fashion Show" on the Las Vegas Strip. The 800-square-foot store is "expected to open Saturday." On Tuesday, Clark County commissioners "unanimously approved a 380-square-foot kiosk in the D-gates concourse" at McCarran Int'l Airport. The kiosk is "expected to open in late September." These are the "third and fourth Raider Image stores in the Las Vegas area" (LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL, 8/9).

PAY PER VIEW: In New Zealand, Clement Le Merlus noted a study by British website Hopper shows that Cristiano Ronaldo makes $750,000 "per sponsored post" on Instagram. That is "almost twice what he asked last year," and the price "could double" by '19. Neymar, Lionel Messi and David Beckham are "far behind." Beckham requires $300,000 "per sponsored post" on the social media platform. UFC fighter Conor McGregor and Warriors G Stephen Curry also "appear in the top 10" (New Zealand HERALD, 8/9).
