In West Palm Beach, Hal Habib noted the Dolphins introduced &pizza as the "featured pizza supplier" at Hard Rock Stadium. The fast-casual chain's "part-owners include" Dolphins Owner Stephen Ross. The team recently severed ties with Papa John's, but a source said that the Dolphins "made their decision" before Papa John's Founder John Schnatter "triggered a national controversy." The contract between Papa John's and the team expired March 31, when it was "mutually agreed upon" that the multiyear partnership "would not be renewed" (PALMBEACHPOST.com, 8/7).

START SPREADING THE NEWS: Under Armour said that it is "committed to opening a flagship store" on Fifth Avenue in N.Y. next year, despite its "ongoing restructuring effort." In Baltimore, Holden Wilen noted UA announced "plans for a new brand house" in '16, which would open inside the space "formerly occupied by the iconic FAO Schwarz toy store." The 53,000-square-foot space would put UA's "interlocking 'UA' logo in front of thousands of tourists from all over the world" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 8/7).

SCHOOL COLORS: Cash-back site Ebates has partnered with IMG College to support the 14th annual College Colors Day, which will be held Aug. 31. The relationship will run Aug. 3-Sept. 3, during which Ebates will provide a 20% cash-back promotion for fans purchasing licensed collegiate items leading up to the College Colors Day. IMG will support the partnership across 24 partner schools via intellectual property, digital and mobile assets and social branded content (IMG).
