Manchester United, the most popular football club in the English Premier League, is partnering with a new mobile betting and gaming app.

The club announced this week a multi-year partnership with the just-launched MoPlay app, which focuses on live in-play gaming and betting opportunities.

MoPlay CEO Juergen Reutter said the app will work closely with the club’s “vast array of talent” both on and off the pitch to reward passionate fans with a global betting experience. The two plan to create exclusive content for fans and engage in co-branded activations around the world.

“MoPlay are an innovative and dynamic company looking to further enhance our fans’ gaming experience,” said Richard Arnold, Manchester United’s managing director, in a statement. “They are an exciting new brand that aims to modernise and improve the betting industry and we are delighted to be part of this journey.”

The app enables bets across all major European soccer leagues, including the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga, as well as major competitions, such as the Champions League and Europa League.

In addition to soccer, MoPlay covers cricket, tennis and golf extensively, as well as obscure sports such as Gaelic football, cycling, chess or beach volleyball. App users can additionally play mobile slots and casino games.
