Food concessionaire and venue manager Spectra has hired RICHARD SCHNEIDER as Senior VP and COO of Food Services & Hospitality. Schneider was previously COO for the sports arm of Delaware North and before that was COO for its airport and retail operations. Schneider’s job at Spectra is a newly created role and he will oversee food and culinary operations at 250 North American venues. Spectra’s food service business has 1,350 full-time employees (Mike Sunnucks, Staff Writer).
