Bridgestone VP/Sports & Event Marketing PHIL PACSI is retiring Sept. 30 after 36 years with the company. He will be replaced by VP/Brand Marketing AMBER HOLM. She will take over NFL, NHL, Verizon IndyCar Series, PGA Tour, the Olympics and country music (Ben Fischer, Staff Writer).

SWITCHING SEATS: SeatGeek named former Airbnb exec JAMES MCCLURE to the newly created role of GM/Int'l, where he will lead the ticketing company’s non-U.S. expansion and development efforts. McClure, previously GM of Northern Europe for Airbnb and prior to that with Google in multiple capacities, will be based out of SeatGeek’s London office. SeatGeek has a variety of overseas clients, particularly in English theatre and soccer, including Manchester City. McClure will be focused in large part on further scaling SeatGeek’s European business (Eric Fisher, Staff Writer).

EXECS: USL club Louisville City FC promoted Exec VP BRAD ESTES to President. He will be "taking over daily operational duties" from Chair JOHN NEACE, who is also Soccer Holdings co-Chair. Estes will "lead the club's operations" with PATRICK STEWART, whom the team also promoted from Senior VP/Sales & Marketing to CRO (BIZJOURNALS.com, 7/24)....The Bucks promoted VP/HR KELLY KAUFFMAN to Chief Human Capital Officer (BIZJOURNALS.com, 7/24)....USA Racquetball "has fired" CEO JASON THOERNER after he "faced a suspension and probation from the U.S. Center for SafeSport." Thoerner "had been investigated for undisclosed allegations of misconduct." USA Racquetball said that his departure was "effective July 11, the same day that USA Racquetball also fired" National Events & Programs Manager NICK IRVINE (USA TODAY, 7/26)....The NBPA named CLARENCE NESBITT General Counsel. Nesbitt had held the same title at THINK450, the union's licensing and marketing subsidiary, and he previously spent a decade with Nike. He will begin in the next few weeks (NBPA)....Charter Communications BOD member JOHN MALONE "has retired" and "will become" Dir Emeritus. He "won't be able to vote on board matters" (WSJ.com, 7/24).
