Discovery extended the contract of President & CEO DAVID ZASLAV through the end of '23. This year, Discovery partnered with the PGA Tour to create an international golf service, including global television and multi-platform live rights, outside the U.S., to all PGA Tour media properties (Discovery). Zaslav's base salary will remain at $3M a year for the "duration of the agreement," while his target annual bonus for '18 will remain at $9M. That target bonus increases to $22M for "subsequent years" (CABLEFAX.com, 7/19).
