In New Orleans, Ron Higgins reports Saints QB Drew Brees is "investing in UNTUCKit, a clothing line of shirts designed to wear untucked." Brees met company founder Chris Riccobono at Super Bowl LII and "eventually wanted to be involved." Brees will "appear in UNTUCKit marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms." The debut campaign launched Monday through an "in-home catalogue featuring images of Brees and his entire family" (New Orleans TIMES-PICAYUNE, 6/20).

FOLLOW THE MONEY: FS1's Jason McIntyre noted former USMNT member Landon Donovan is "getting paid a lot of money" as part of marketing campaigns for Modelo and Wells Fargo to urge American soccer fans to pull for Mexico in the World Cup. McIntyre: "I can understand where he's coming from. ... People know Mexican players from MLS, so I don't think as many fans and outsiders care about this as much as current and former players" ("Speak for Yourself," FS1, 6/19).

NOTES: Nets G D'Angelo Russell stars in “The Path to the Cap,” a short film commissioned by New Era to "showcase one player’s journey to the NBA." The film "will be shown on New Era’s web site as well as on YouTube" (WWD.com, 6/19)....USWNT and NWSL Washington Spirit F Mallory Pugh stars in a new Gatorade ad that launched earlier this week (THE DAILY).
