Buyers & Sellers: Russell Westbrook Buys Brentwood Home For $19.75M

Thunder G RUSSELL WESTBROOK purchased a "newly built" home in the Brentwood neighborhood of L.A. for $19.75M. The multi-level house was "completed this year" and has "about 9,000 square feet of living space across two floors plus a lower basement level with an additional 4,000 square feet of space." The half-acre property also "features a covered patio, a detached garage and a new 38-foot-long swimming pool with a spa" (LATIMES.com, 6/4).

HOOP DREAMS: Pelicans C DEMARCUS COUSINS sold his Granite Bay, Calif., estate for $4.25M after "about eight months on the market." The Mediterranean-style mansion is comprised of "roughly 13,700 square feet." The home "holds six bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, a center-island kitchen, a theater room and a wine cellar." In addition to the main house, there is a "resort-style pool and spa, tennis court, gated courtyard and vineyard spread across the backyard." Second-floor balconies "take in the opulent scene from above" (LATIMES.com, 6/5)....Former NBAer AL HARRINGTON purchased a home in Calabasas, Calif., for $3.8M. The 6,700-square-foot Mediterranean estate "holds seven bedrooms and 6.25 bathrooms." There is also a "sitting room and fireplace in the master suite." A pool, spa and basketball court are "surrounded by lawn" and under a covered patio is an "outdoor kitchen and fireplace" (LATIMES.com, 6/6)....Cavaliers G JORDAN CLARKSON purchased a home in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of L.A. for $3.2M. The two-story traditional-style house, built this year, features "folding glass doors, a saltwater swimming pool and a trellis-topped barbecue pavilion." A cabana with a bathroom and shower "sits next to the pool area." Also included within the 5,800 square feet of living space is an "office, five bedrooms and six bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 6/5).
