Free agent DH HANLEY RAMIREZ listed his home in Weston, Fla., for $3.993M. Built in '08, the 9,004-square-foot home has "eight bedrooms and eight full and two half bathrooms." It is located on a 1-acre lot in the gated Windmill Reserve community. The home includes a "guest suite, billiard room, office/playroom, poker room, home theater, two fireplaces, a chef's kitchen, chiseled-edge French marble and Brazilian hardwood floors and a four-car garage" (SUN-SENTINEL.com, 5/30)....Texans CB JOHNATHAN JOSEPH sold his Charlotte home after an "online auction last month" for $3.25M. The 15,454-square-foot home had originally been listed at nearly $5M last August and "dropped in price" to $4.69M at the end of January. The property includes "eight bedrooms in addition to eight full- and three half-bedrooms as well as features such as a home gym, theater and elevator." An outdoor space has a "kitchen, vanishing-edge pool and basketball court" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 5/30)....Cubs 1B ANTHONY RIZZO placed his Parkland, Fla., home on the market for $2.395M. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom and nearly 8,000-square-foot home features a "movie theater, workout room, wine room and sauna/steam room." There is also a "billiards room, which features floor-to-ceiling windows." The backyard has a "lagoon-style" pool (SUNTIMES.com, 5/30).
