In Chicago, Lisa Bertagnoli noted Chicago-based women's clothing line Model Atelier has "signed a partnership deal" with the WNBA players' union. The deal means that Model Atelier will "become the official clothing line for the association's 144 athletes." It gives players a "discount on Model Atelier apparel, which ranges in price" from $298-$498 for "dresses and jumpsuits, and its sibling label, Confidence, an athletic/leisure wear collection." Model Atelier became the Chicago Sky's "official fashion partner" in '16 (CHICAGOBUSINESS.com, 5/31). 

TACO TIME: ESPORTS OBSERVER's Trent Murray noted esports franchise Team SoloMid has partnered with Chipotle Mexican Grill to be the "first official sponsor of the TSM Fortnite House." The partnership will "feature integrations across social media, the players’ streams on Twitch, and more." Chipotle "entered esports last year" through a partnership with esports franchise OpTic Gaming (ESPORTSOBSERVER.com, 5/31).

DELIVER THE GAME: The Grizzlies' NBA 2K League team, Grizz Gaming, has partnered with FedEx in a sponsorship deal that includes presenting entitlement for the team's virtual court. In addition, FedEx will present custom-branded digital content features to be pushed through social and digital channels, along with a weekly social-based feature among other opportunities (THE DAILY).
