Buyers & Sellers: Chris Evert Selling Boca Raton Home For $4.999M

Tennis HOFer CHRIS EVERT has listed her estate west of Boca Raton, Fla., for $4.999M. It is "no surprise that it comes with a tennis court." Evert purchased the home in July '03 for $2.8M when she was married to Olympic U.S. skier ANDY MILL. The 12,296-square-foot guarded estate, built in '95, "sits on 5.23 acres in a community called Horseshoe Acres that is equestrian-friendly." The main home and two guesthouses have a "total of eight bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one half bathroom" (SUN-SENTINEL.com, 5/9).

BRADY BUNCHTOM BRADY and wife GISELE BUNDCHEN are relisting their apartment at the One Madison condo building in N.Y. "following a price drop," and will "now ask" $13.95M -- down from its original asking price of $17.25M in '16. The "full-floor, four bedroom spread" is located on the 48th floor at 23 E. 22nd St. in the Flatiron District. The 3,310-square-foot unit was designed by PETER MARINO and "features floor-to-ceiling windows and 360-degree views that include the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty." Brady and Bundchen are "trading this One Madison pad for one listed" for $32M at the 70 Vestry condo building in Tribeca (NYPOST.com, 5/9).

ICE CASTLES: Former NHLer MILAN HEDJUK has listed his mansion in Parker, Colo., for $5.2M. The 16,700-square-foot home "sits on a 2.25-acre lot in a gated community and features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, seven fireplaces and three laundry rooms." Included in the price is an indoor "full-sized hockey rink and a Zamboni" (DENVERPOST.com, 5/9)....Ducks D CAM FOWLER has sold his condo in the Cliff Haven neighborhood of Newport Beach, Calif., for $1.59M. The detached condo, built in '01, "includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms" (OCREGISTER.com, 5/5).

WHAT ABOUT BOB? A's manager BOB MELVIN is selling his home in Berkeley, Calif., for $3.35M. The Mediterranean-style "five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home in nestled in the Berkeley Hills." It "features a wine cellar" and a "stair tower with 140-year-old iron railings." Melvin purchased the home in '13 for $2.3M (MERCURYNEWS.com, 5/3).
