Both the Golden Knights and Jets are rolling out new food and beverage options at their respective home venues during their Western Conference Semifinal series. The Jets are theming their second round series against the Predators a "White Out," and that theme is extending to the Centerplate-offered concession options at Bell MTS Place. Centerplate GM Craig Vidal, who runs the Winnipeg venue, noted options include white poutine with fries combined with white cheddar cheese curds and a white béchamel cream sauce, as well as a white pizza and waffle cone with chicken and ranch sauce. Vidal noted on the drink side, Centerplate and the Jets have a whiteout cocktail with Crown Royal, coffee liqueur and milk and Jet Blue with vodka, blue curacao and Sprite. Meanwhile, the Golden Knights and Levy Restaurants have a special hot dog (with pork belly) and sourdough patty melt themed after their second round opponent -- the Sharks. T-Mobile Arena also is offering new hand-carved prime rib and surf and turf sandwiches, Italian sliced sandwiches, chocolate mouse and banana creme desert martinis and shrimp and beef tenderloin platters. There also is a new playoff cocktail with Bacardi, Aperol, fruit juices and agave, as well as scores of ice sculptures around the arena. Levy Division President Jim Kohler said of the food and beverage offerings, “We like to show off."
