CAA Breaks Its Own Record For Most First Round Picks By Agency

CAA Football for the third year in a row led all agencies with 11 players picked in the first round of the NFL Draft, highlighted by No. 3 pick Sam Darnold and No. 4 pick Denzel Ward. CAA broke its own record of most first-round picks for a single agency, which was set at nine in the '09 Draft. Six of the top 10 picks were CAA clients. Athletes First had the second-most picks with three. Roc Nation’s Kim Miale made some history -- her client, No. 2 pick Saquon Barkley, is the highest-drafted player repped by a female agent. There were 17 different agencies to represent players picked in the first round, up from 13 last year. Lamar Jackson, who the Ravens took with the 32nd pick, does not have an agent.
