USF AD MARK HARLAN has "signed a contract extension that will keep him at the school" through the '20-21 school year. Harlan, who has been at USF since '14, will "receive $525,000 a year." He will also be "eligible for a stipend of up to $150,000 annually if he meets certain performance goals." If he resigns before July 1, 2020, he would "owe USF $262,500 -- an amount equal to half of his base salary" (TAMPA BAY TIMES, 4/25).

EXECS: Sources said that Converse CMO JULIEN CAHN "left the company in February for a marketing role at the up-and-coming" streetwear label Supreme. Cahn joined Converse in '16 from parent company Nike (BLOOMBERG NEWS, 4/24)....Legends named Amazon Head of Sport BEN MARTIN VP/Partnerships for Legends Int'l (Legends)....The CFP appointed Univ. of Texas President GREG FENVES to its Board of Managers. He will replace Oklahoma State President BURNS HARGIS as the "board's Big 12 representative" (HOUSTONCHRONICLE.com, 4/24)....Northeastern Univ. promoted Exec Senior Associate AD REGINA SULLIVAN to Deputy AD/Internal Affairs & Senior Women's Administrator (Northeastern)....The Athletic named Under Armour Digital Marketing Coordinator BRANDON FLESHMAN Digital Marketing Manager. He will start next week (TWITTER.com, 4/23)....The Seahawks promoted Sea Gals Choreographer COURTNEY MOORE to Sea Gals Dir (THE DAILY).
