VANITY FAIR's Joe Pompeo cites sources as saying that Meredith Corp. is "putting the finishing touches on the sale prospectuses that will go out to interested buyers" of Time, Fortune, Money and SI. Investment bank Houlihan Lokey is shopping SI, but it will be "several weeks before the company learns which of the dozen or so parties that have come out of the woodwork thus far are serious suitors." A source said that American Media Inc. "recently made an offer" of more than $300M for the four titles, but the offer was "rejected."
