Former MLBer JERMAINE DYE is selling his home in San Diego for $4.4M. The five-bedroom, 6 1/2 bath estate "spans more than 6,600 square feet." If features a "gourmet kitchen, sports bar, theater and separate guest quarters among many other amenities." It also has "dazzling ocean views, a putting green and pool and spa" (MERCURYNEWS.com, 3/29).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Rockets F TREVOR ARIZA has sold his home in the Tarzana neighborhood of L.A. for $3.25M. Within about 8,700 square feet of living space is a "two-story living room, a center-island kitchen and a formal dining room that opens to the family room." There are "two master suites, each with fireplaces and sitting areas, for a total of five bedrooms and eight bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 4/2)....Former NBAer MONTA ELLIS placed his Memphis home back on the market for $2.59M. The 6.5-acre property includes a "basketball court and pool." Chandeliers hang over "posh living spaces, which include a wood-paneled living room, a formal dining room and a center-island kitchen." An elevator "services each of the home's two floors." The home has "seven bedrooms" and includes a "sauna, a theater room and a billiards room" (LATIMES.com, 4/1)....Pro Football HOF-elect RAY LEWIS is closing in on selling his Reisterstown, Md., home for $1.89M. At roughly 27 acres, the estate "centers on a two-story brick mansion." The interior of the home spans 6,592 square feet. Highlights include an "all-white room under vaulted ceilings, a formal dining room and a den with a wet bar." In addition to four bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms, the home "holds a theater room, salon, sauna, gym and billiards room" (BALTIMORESUN.com, 3/31)....ESPN's MARK TEIXEIRA is auctioning off his home in the Vasquero neighborhood of Westlake, Texas, which is valued at $4M. The home, on a 1-acre lot, features "balconies overlooking the Vaquero golf course, an indoor-outdoor theater and a children's play area with its own kitchen" (STAR-TELEGRAM.com, 4/4).
