LAW & ORDER: The family of KEVIN WARD JR. and Stewart-Haas Racing co-Owner TONY STEWART appear to have "settled the wrongful death lawsuit filed after Ward was killed at a dirt track race" in '14. A hearing has been scheduled in U.S. District Court in Utica, N.Y., for April 12 over the "terms and conditions of the settlement." IN MEMORY: Former U.S. Ski Team coach BOB BEATTIE died Sunday at the age of 85. Beattie also “helped launch the World Cup circuit more than 50 years ago and was part of the commentary crew that called one of the most thrilling Alpine ski races” at the '76 Innsbruck Games (AP, 4/2).
