FEELING GREEN: Former USGA President DIANA MURPHY has become the "fourth female member" at Augusta National. LAW & ORDER: The family of KEVIN WARD JR. and Stewart-Haas Racing co-Owner TONY STEWART appear to have "settled the wrongful death lawsuit filed after Ward was killed at a dirt track race" in '14. A hearing has been scheduled in U.S. District Court in Utica, N.Y., for April 12 over the "terms and conditions of the settlement." A trial had been "scheduled to begin on May 7" (USA TODAY, 4/3)....RANDY MASTRO, an attorney representing MSG and Exec Chair & CEO JAMES DOLAN, has "asked a federal judge to dismiss" former NBAer CHARLES OAKLEY's civil lawsuit that stems from his "televised scuffle with MSG security" at a Knicks game in February '17 (NEWSDAY, 4/3).

IN MEMORY: Former U.S. Ski Team coach BOB BEATTIE died Sunday at the age of 85. Beattie also “helped launch the World Cup circuit more than 50 years ago and was part of the commentary crew that called one of the most thrilling Alpine ski races” at the '76 Innsbruck Games (AP, 4/2).
