KIA ROBERTS, the NFL's lead investigator who recommended no suspension for Cowboys RB EZEKIEL ELLIOTT in his domestic violence case, "no longer works for the NFL," according to sources. A source said that Roberts left for "personal reasons unrelated to Elliott's case." Her departure "gives the league some closure on a seemingly ugly internal battle" between Roberts and NFL Senior VP/Investigations LISA FRIEL that "played out in court" (Ft. Worth STAR-TELEGRAM, 3/31).

EXECS: NESN VP/Programming & Production JOSEPH MAAR is leaving the RSN at the end of this month. A NESN spokesperson said he is departing to pursue "interests in sports technology and content production." Maar has served in his current position since '12 (BOSTONGLOBE.com, 3/30)....Canadiens VP/Communications DONALD BEAUCHAMP is leaving the team, effective May 15. Beauchamp joined the franchise in '93 as Communications Dir and was promoted to his current position in '02 (MONTREALGAZETTE.com, 3/30)....USA Triathlon named DEB WILSON Commissioner of Officials. Wilson replaces CHARLIE CRAWFORD, who announced his retirement in January after 21 years as USAT's first full-time Commissioner of Officials (USAT)....Turnkey Managing Dir CAROLYNE SAVINI, who led the Turnkey Search business, resigned after 12 years with the company. Her last day was Friday (THE DAILY)....Sports marketing agency Team Services promoted KIM NIRO to Consulting Coordinator and GORDIE KOERBER to Sales Coordinator (Team Services).
