The Fire named MLS VP/Communications SEAN DENNISON Senior VP/Communications & Media (Fire)....Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment has appointed two strategy and analytics staffers to senior roles with its NBA 2K League team, 76ers Gaming Club. 76ers Data Scientist MICHAEL LAI has been named GM, while HSBE Dir of Strategy IAN HILLMAN has been appointed Assistant GM. Lai and Hillman will run the team’s draft at next week’s NBA 2K League draft in N.Y. (Ben Fischer, Staff Writer)....Lamar Univ. named Louisiana Tech Exec Associate AD MARCO BORN AD. Barco will take over for NORMAN BELLARD,who has been serving on an interim basis since November (Lamar)....Charleston Southern Univ. AD HANK SMALL will retire, effective Sunday, following 17 years in the position (CSU).
