The WALL STREET JOURNAL's Alexandra Wolfe profiled former NBAer RAY ALLEN, who, along with his wife, SHANNON, is working to "expand their organic fast-food chain, Grown, which has three locations in Florida and Connecticut." Allen this month is also coming out with a memoir, "FROM THE OUTSIDE," co-written by MICHAEL ARKUSH.
