Fire GM NELSON RODRIGUEZ has added the title of club president. The team had been without a president since JULIAN POSADA left in '12. The Fire also named JOHN URBAN COO, replacing ATUL KHOSLA, who left the organization in '17 for a position with the Buccaneers (SOCCERAMERICA.com, 1/30)....Stephen F. Austin AD ROBERT HILL will retire on May 31. Hill became AD in '05 and spent over three decades in various roles throughout the department (SFA)....Pocono Raceway promoted Dir of Media Relations KEVIN HEANEY to Dir of Content & Communications, filling the duties left by the track's late Senior Dir of Communications RYAN YANOSHAK, who passed away in December (Adam Stern, Staff Writer).
