Sources: Massachusetts Home Of Former Reebok HQ Nearing Sale For Around $80M

Massachusetts-based Atlantic Management is said to be "working on a deal" to have Reebok's former Canton, Mass., campus "under agreement" for around $80M, according to sources cited by Catherine Carlock of the BOSTON BUSINESS JOURNAL. Reebok employees "began vacating the sprawling 65-acre suburban campus this fall for the athletic gear maker’s new 220,000-square-foot urban headquarters at Boston’s Innovation and Design Building." Sources said that the deal is "not yet final." Atlantic Management "did not respond to multiple requests for comment." Reebok’s Canton campus includes a 518,000-square-foot HQ and "several support buildings, two parking garages, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, outdoor tennis courts, a baseball diamond and a 400-meter Olympic outdoor running track." Reebok and parent company Adidas Group in April "tapped real-estate brokerage CBRE to market and sell the property" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 1/3).
