MSG Exec Chair JAMES DOLAN and Bucks co-Owner MARC LASRY have "been named as defendants in a civil suit filed against" producer HARVEY WEINSTEIN. The suit alleges that Dolan and Lasry "knew of the movie producer's 'pattern and practice of predatory sexual conduct toward women' because of their relationship with him." Dolan was a member of The Weinstein Co. BOD from '15-16, while Lasry served from '16-17 (ESPN.com, 12/6). 

OCTAGON TO SQUARED CIRCLE? RONDA ROUSEY is "finalizing details of her move to WWE." During a WWE show in September where she was watching friend SHAYNA BASZLER, who is on the WWE NXT roster, Rousey was "caught in a stare down" with the WWE's CHARLOTTE FLAIR. Rousey "issued a challenge: 'You name the time, you name the place." UFC President DANA WHITE has "essentially ruled ... out recently" a return to the promotion for Rousey, who remains "one of the UFC's biggest stars" (USA TODAY, 12/7).

NAMES: Recode named its top 100 people in tech, business and media for '17. Among those listed were Monumental Sports & Entertainment investor LAURENE POWELL JOBS (No. 24), Warriors co-Owner CHAMATH PALIHAPITIYA (No. 82), Fanatics CEO DOUG MACK (No. 84) and Activision Blizzard CEO BOBBY KOTICK (No. 89) (RECODE.net, 12/6)....MLB Commissioner ROB MANFRED will be enshrined into the Little League Hall of Excellence on Jan. 19 (MLB.com, 12/6)....The DEMIRJIAN family is giving a $7M gift to the Univ. of Illinois to “provide a new facility for women’s soccer and men’s and women’s track and field” (Decatur HERALD & REVIEW 12/7)....FC Cincinnati Owner & CEO CARL LINDNER III on Tuesday sold more than $15M worth of his American Financial Group stock. Linder, who is co-CEO of the company, “sold 150,000 shares of stock,” receiving an “average share price of $104.71” (BIZJOURNALS.com, 12/6).
