Under Armour Executive Shakeup Continues, With Source Saying More Could Come

Under Armour said that two of its top execs "will leave the company," as CMO ANDY DONKIN and Senior VP and GM/Women's & Youth PAM CATLETT are departing "later this month," according to Lorraine Mirabella of the Baltimore SUN. Donkin came to UA in August '16 after serving as Amazon Head of Worldwide Brand & Mass Marketing and this past June "became one of five executives reporting" to new President & COO PATRIK FRISK. Catlett had worked at UA for "more than two years" (Baltimore SUN, 11/2). The WALL STREET JOURNAL's Sara Germano notes other "recent departures" include UA President of Sport Fashion BEN PRUESS and Strategic Advisor KIP FULKS, who "went on sabbatical last month." Fulks, a co-founder of UA, is "widely considered to be the deputy" to Founder, Chair & CEO KEVIN PLANK. Frisk upon his arrival in June "took over" some of Fulks’ responsibilities. A source said that Frisk is "shaking up the company’s leadership team," and more changes "may follow" (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 11/2).
