FINNEY, LB FARRINGTON HUGUENIN and RB JAMES CONNER on Tuesday participated in the ninth annual Healthy Cooking and Eating for Breast Cancer Awareness with the team at Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh. The players "donned chef coats instead of game-day jerseys and joined the Magee nutrition and culinary staff to prepare two healthy dishes, team-competition style, for 30 breast cancer patients and survivors" (TRIBLIVE.com, 10/24).

LEAVING A LEGACY: UCF President JOHN HITT will "step down next year." His athletic career has been "monumental," as fans "can’t truly appreciate where UCF is without remembering where it was when Hitt arrived." UCF previously was "thrilled to draw 10,000 fans to its games in the Citrus Bowl."
