Promotional Packet: Fitting Named ESPN VP/College Sports; Fox' Amstutz Gets New Title

ESPN promoted LEE FITTING to VP/College Sports. He will continue to report to Senior VP/Event & Studio Production STEPHANIE DRULEY. In his new role, Fitting will oversee production of ESPN’s college networks, including ESPNU, SEC Network, Longhorn Network and ACC Network. He will remain based in Bristol. Fitting’s promotion does not affect Senior VP/College Networks Programming ROSALYN DURANT, whose role overseeing the programming and business of those college networks remains unchanged.

FOX MAKES MOVE: Meanwhile, Fox Sports promoted LINDSAY AMSTUTZ to Senior VP & GM of its southern California RSNs: FS West, Prime Ticket and FS San Diego. Amstutz takes over for HENRY FORD, who resigned late last month. With REBECCA SCHULTE leaving her post running NBC Sports Washington in the coming weeks, Amstutz is one of two women running RSNs -- the other being MSG Networks President & CEO ANDREA GREENBERG. The nets combine to hold the rights to the Angels, Padres, NHL Kings, Ducks and Clippers.
