Atlanta United has hired CATIE GRIGGS as its new VP/Business Operations. Griggs, who was selected to SportsBusiness Journal’s ‘17 Game Changers class, will lead integrated marketing, strategy and operations for the club. She previously was Senior VP & GM of the Americas for Futures Sport & Entertainment, as well as an exec at Turner Broadcasting. Griggs replaces ANN RODRIGUEZ, who helped to launch the expansion MLS club and who left the team earlier this year for a position with the WNBA. Rodriguez was an SBJ/SBD "Forty Under 40" honoree in '17 (Ian Thomas, Staff Writer).
