CSE Talent is expanding into representing NFL and college football coaches and has hired Richmond Flowers III as VP/Coaching. Flowers, a former NFLer who now reps more than 40 NFL coaches, including 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh, will work out of S.F. He started at CSE earlier this summer and reports to CSE Talent President Danny Martoe. Flowers was most recently at Independent Sports & Entertainment, where he was Dir of Coaches. He talked with several agencies before joining CSE Talent. The agency has a major practice of representing NBA and college basketball coaches, as CSE Founder Lonnie Cooper was a pioneer in serving as an agent to coaches. CSE's NBA coaching clients include the Clippers' Doc Rivers and Cavaliers' Tyronn Lue. Flowers in a statement said that Cooper's reputation and 30 years in the business made his decision to join CSE Talent an easy one. Flowes' other football coaching clients include Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio, Dolphins offensive line coach Chris Foerster, Falcons offensive assistant Mike McDaniel and Texans defensive line coach Anthony Weaver.
