Buyers & Sellers: Heat G Tyler Johnson Selling His Florida Home For $5.25M

Heat G TYLER JOHNSON is putting his home in Pinecrest, Fla., on the market for $5.25M. The Mediterranean-style home features "vaulted ceilings, designer finishes, two chef's kitchens and a home theater with stadium seating." An elevator "services both floors, as does a wrought iron staircase." A total of "six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two half-baths lie within nearly 12,000 square feet of interior space." Outdoors, the "palm-topped setting centers on a tiled swimming pool and spa with waterfall and fire features" (LATIMES.com, 7/19).

SAFE AT HOME: Free agent 3B JUAN URIBE purchased a home in Paradise Valley, Ariz., for $3.39M. The 7,537-square-foot estate has "five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and comes with travertine floors." Floor-to-ceiling windows and "sliding doors open up to panoramic views of Camelback mountain" (AZCENTRAL.com, 7/17).

BISCUIT IN THE BASKET: Former NHLer DUSTIN PENNER sold his Newport Beach, Calif., home for $1.899M. The house "sits about a half a block from the beach on the Balboa Peninsula." A rooftop deck with a hot tub "takes in panoramic ocean views." Three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms "lie within the about 2,000 square feet of living space." The master suite, which has a "walk-in closet and Jacuzzi bath, has glass doors that open to a front-facing balcony" (LATIMES.com, 7/17).

: Fox' DAVE WANNSTEDT listed his Chicago home for $1.095M. The two-bedroom, 1,786-square-foot condo has "2 1/2 baths, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank dark wood floors, new doors" and "designer lighting" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 7/18)....White Sox Dir of Player Development CHRIS GETZ purchased a home in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago for just over $1M. The house has "four bedrooms, three baths and a deck over the garage" (CHICAGOBUSINESS.com, 7/18).
