F1 named Virgin Media Head of Advertising & Media ELLIE NORMAN Head of Marketing. She will join F1 on Aug. 14 and report to F1 Managing Dir of Commercial Operations SEAN BRATCHES. Norman "has been at Virgin Media for five years," and before Virgin, she "spent seven years in marketing and communications roles at Honda" (CAMPAIGNLIVE.com, 6/30).
