Sports Business Awards: Momentum Worldwide Wins Best In Corporate Consulting

The past year was full of unprecedented growth for Momentum Worldwide, culminating in the agency receiving Best in Corporate Consulting. Among the highlights were managing sponsorship and activation for brands such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Mondelez, United Airlines, UPS and Verizon, as well as adding agency of record duties for SAP. Elena Klau, the company's Senior VP & Group Dir of Strategy, Insights & Performance for North America, said that being amongst a strong group of fellow nominees -- which included CAA Sports, Genesco Sports Enterprises, GMR Marketing, Octagon and WME-IMG -- makes the honor of receiving the award even more special. “It keeps us on the top of our game, and makes it even more of an honor to be recognized amongst our peers,” she said. Klau, who also was named to SportBusiness Journal’s "Forty Under 40" list earlier this year, added that the award also reflected “the trust bestowed on us by the clients we work with,” something she or the entire agency does not take for granted.
