Rao served 20 years in the Navy (ASU)....Texas A&M-Corpus Christi named Arkansas-Little Rock Assistant AD/External Operations TRAVIS WHIPPLE Deputy AD. He will begin May 30 (Texas A&M-Corpus Christi).
