Pac-12's Larry Scott Leads Power Five Commissioners In Salary With $4.2M In '15

Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott "continues to lead current conference CEO compensation by a considerable margin," as he was credited with nearly $4.2M in total compensation for the '15 calendar year, according to Steve Berkowitz of USA TODAY. Scott received $2.65M in base compensation, a $1.3M bonus and "just over $155,000 in other reportable compensation." From '10-15, Scott has been credited with a total of just over $20M in compensation, including nearly $6.4M in bonuses. His base pay for '15 represented a $100,000 increase over what was reported for him in '14, and his bonus increased by $50,000. Scott’s contract had been scheduled to expire in '18, but in March, the Pac-12 and its presidents and chancellors "extended his agreement" through June '22 (USATODAY.com, 5/15).
