StubHub's Geoff Lester Departing Ticket Resale Company After Seven-Year Stint

StubHub Head of Partnerships & Business Development GEOFF LESTER is leaving the ticket resale marketplace after a seven-year stint there. Lester, an SBJ/SBD "Forty Under 40" winner in '16, has not yet determined his next career move, but he and the company described the split as amicable and voluntary. “I look forward to putting my experience and skill set to use in new ways,” Lester said in a note to colleagues. He helped lead several major initiatives for StubHub, including a groundbreaking deal to sell primary tickets for the 76ers and a large-scale reunion with the Yankees. “Geoff’s going to bring a ton of value to wherever he goes next,” said StubHub North America GM PERKINS MILLER. Prior to joining StubHub in '10, Lester spent more than 11 years at NASCAR, primarily in its digital media operations.
