Cowboys, Take Me Away: Elliott, Prescott Lead NFLPA Player Sales List For '16-17

Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott ended up No. 1 on the NFLPA Top 50 Player Sales List for FY ’16-17, becoming the first rookie to hold that honor. The list is based on total sales of officially licensed NFL player merchandise for the year that began March 1, 2016, and ended Feb. 28, 2017. Rankings include all NFL player-identified merchandise and products sold by more than 80 official NFLPA licensees via online and traditional outlets with retail sales exceeding $1.6B. Cowboys QB Dak Prescott finished No. 2 for year-end sales, while Patriots QB Tom Brady, who had held the top spot through the end of Q3, finished in the No. 3 position.
