EXECS: The IOC named GE Oil & Gas Chief Communications Officer REBECCA LOWELL EDWARDS to the newly created role of Strategic Communications Dir (IOC)....NFL Senior Dir of Events & Operations DAVID HOUGHTON has "left after 26 years." Meanwhile, Starwood Hotels & Resorts VP/Global Partnerships DANA ROSENBERG "will leave" in June.
