Watch Exclusive Manchester United Video Content Via Uber App

Uber riders in more than 200 cities around the world can access exclusive Manchester United video content through the Uber app as they journey to their next destination.

Uber on Friday unveiled plans on for its first global sports partnership with Manchester United, and as part of the multi-year deal it announced in January, players Paul Pogba, Juan Mata and Henrikh Mkhitaryan will be featured in the app as they share what it’s like to play for Man U’ and who is the best driver among their teammates. Fans will be transported to Old Trafford, home of the Red Devils, and also provided additional content around upcoming team matches.

“Manchester United is always looking at ways in which we can improve our fans’ experience, and our relationship with Uber will allow us to do this in new and exciting ways,” Manchester United’s Group Managing Director Richard Arnold said in a statement around the initial announcement.

Along with the in-app video content, Uber and Manchester United will provide fans an opportunity to play on the pitch at Old Trafford and also a chance at attending a Manchester United Soccer School.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Manchester United to not only make match day transportation more seamless, but to deliver fans incredible experiences throughout the season, no matter where they are supporting from,” Amy Friedlander Hoffman, Head of Business Development and Experiential Marketing at Uber, said in a statement in January.
