You've Got A Friend In Me: Buccaneers Ranked Top NFL Team For Customer Service

The Buccaneers ranked as the top team in the NFL for customer service in '16 for the fourth time in the past five seasons, according to internal research from the league via surveys of season-ticket holders. “We are thrilled and very proud to have earned the distinction as the top-rated customer service experience for season pass members in the NFL for the fourth time in the last five seasons,” said Buccaneers COO Brian Ford. “Providing a best-in-class experience for our fans has always been a top priority. ... This type of consistent recognition by the league simply reinforces our commitment to providing our fans with an unmatched game day experience.” The NFL does not disclose the rankings of the research, which it calls the Voice of the Fan. However, the Bucs put out a statement touting their No. 1 ranking.
