WME-IMG's Chris Liddell Leaves Agency To Join Donald Trump's Administration

WME-IMG CFO CHRIS LIDDELL is "exiting the agency" to join PRESIDENT-ELECT TRUMP's administration as Dir of Strategic Initiatives, according to Debbie Emery of THE WRAP. Liddell had "already been advising" Trump during the post-election transition and will now "join him on a full-time basis." An internal WME-IMG memo read, "We are grateful for [Liddell's] leadership and wish him well in this next chapter.” WME-IMG Global COO JASON LUBLIN will "assume the role of WME-IMG’s Global CFO." Liddell joined WME-IMG in July '14, "filling the void created by the departure of PETER KLEIN." Liddell came to WME-IMG with "more than 30 years of experience as a financial executive" (THEWRAP.com, 1/17). DEADLINE's Erik Pedersen noted Liddell also "worked on GOP nominee MITT ROMNEY's would-be transition team" in '12 (DEADLINE.com, 1/17).
