Twitter promoted CFO ANTHONY NOTO to COO, replacing ADAM BAIN, who "plans to leave the company." Twitter will "begin a search" for a new CFO. Noto has been "instrumental in helping to orchestrate and execute Twitter’s plan to be more of a destination for live streaming video, including striking a partnership" with the NFL to stream Thursday night games (N.Y. TIMES, 11/10). Noto previously served as NFL Exec VP/Finance & CFO from '08-10 (THE DAILY).

EXECS: The recently launched Dolan Family Ventures has "acquired Analytics Media Group and launched new measurement firm 605." DFV Founder KRISTIN DOLAN, wife of MSG Exec Chair JAMES DOLAN, will serve as 605 CEO, while former Cablevision Media Sales President BEN TATTA will serve as President (HOLLYWOODREPORTER.com, 11/10)....Turner Studios promoted Senior VP & GM LAURA DAMES to Exec VP & GM. She will have oversight for Turner's physical studio footprint and capabilities for "Inside The NBA," ELeague, NBA TV, MLB and the NCAA Tournament (Turner)....Sonoma Raceway promoted VP/Media & Community Relations DIANA BRENNAN to VP/Communications & Marketing (Sonoma)....The AHL named The Aspire Group National Sales Center Senior Dir DARREN ARNOLD Exec Consultant of Team Business Services. The AHL also promoted JONATHAN FORSBERG to Dir of Team Business Services and EMILY VANCE to Business Analytics Coordinator (AHL)....Rider Univ. named Monmouth Univ.
