Buyers & Sellers: Cubs P John Lackey Places Ft. Worth Home On The Market For $2.3M

Cubs P JOHN LACKEY has put his Ft. Worth home on the market for $2.3M. The 9,156-square-foot home is located in the Montserrat enclave in Southwest Ft. Worth. It has "five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, three living areas, a gourmet kitchen, fitness room, theater, sparkling pool with a water slide, and a 989-square-foot pool house with a kitchen" (STAR-TELEGRAM.com, 10/27).

BUYERS & SELLERS: NHL Kings G JONATHAN QUICK has purchased a home in Manhattan Beach, Calif., for $2.95M. The 1,621-square-foot home has "four bedrooms and two bathrooms." Also, a two-car garage "sits off the front entry" (LATIMES.com, 11/2)....Suns G ERIC BLEDSOE purchased a 9,000-square-foot mansion in Scottsdale for $3.7M. The Mediterranean-style home comes with "six bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms." The property also includes a "mosaic-tile pool, lots of areas for outdoor entertaining, a white marble-tile staircase and master bath with a shower that looks like it was designed for a tall athlete" (AZCENTRAL.com, 10/31)....Former NFLer JOSELIO HANSON put his L.A. home on the market for $4M. The 6,200-square-foot home sits on "more than an acre of grounds." Amenities include an "indoor golf simulator, a basketball half-court and a putting green." A custom swimming pool "features a raised spa, a waterfall and a water slide that extends up the hillside" (LATIMES.com, 11/3).
