Marketplace Roundup

In Michigan, Dillon Davis reports Kellogg and the USOC have "renewed a partnership that will see the cereal giant sponsor Team USA" through '20. The extension means Kellogg will be a "major sponsor" at the '18 PyeongChang and '20 Tokyo Games. Among those on this year's roster for Team Kellogg's were Gold Medal-winning gymnast Simone Biles, swimmers Dana Torres and Tom Shields, distance runner Ajee' Wilson, soccer player Julie Johnston, Paralympic discus thrower Natalie Bieule and basketball player Jimmy Butler (BATTLE CREEK ENQUIRER, 9/28).

THE ODD COUPLE: ADWEEK's Kristina Monllos noted David Beckham and actor Kevin Hart star in a "new short film" from Sweden-based clothing outlet H&M promoting its new modern essentials collection. The five-minute film is a "follow up to last year's campaign where Hart was cast as Beckham in a biopic of the famous soccer player." While much of the narrative "defies logic, it's a fun bit of content that uses the strength of both performers" (ADWEEK.com, 9/27).

BEASTIE BOY
: Former NFLer Marshawn Lynch on Saturday "unveiled his new Beast Mode store ... not too far from CenturyLink Field" in Seattle (SEATTLETIMES.com, 9/24).
