Buccaneers Open VR-Heavy Stadium Experience To See Upcoming Renovations

The Buccaneers have opened the New Raymond James Stadium Experience, a visualization of its renovations to the venue that employs computer modeling and VR technology. The new “PreView Center” located at the team’s training facility, One Buccaneer Place, will include a VR presentation featuring QB Jameis Winston and powered by Philadelphia-based MVP Interactive that will allow for a virtual sampling of the more than $100M renovation to the 18-year-old facility. The preview center will also feature interactive touch screens with simulated fly-through videos and renderings of the stadium improvements. The center is being joined by a companion website, NewBucsGameDay.com. “While there’s nothing quite like attending a Buccaneers game in person at Raymond James Stadium, the PreView Center, through the use of innovative technology, allows us to simulate the experience and provide potential members with a great representation of what they can look forward to this fall,” said Buccaneers COO Brian Ford. The Bucs last year signed a deal with EON Sports VR
