Buyers & Sellers: John McEnroe Lists Long Island Summer Home For $14.5M

ESPN tennis analyst JOHN MCENROE "is selling his Long Island summer home" for $14.5M. The Southampton house "sits on 2.17 acres and of course has a tennis court -- as well as a Gunite swimming pool." It also "features its own stretch of deeded white sand beach." The property has "eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms" (MANSIONGLOBAL.com, 5/10).

MVP MOMENT: Warriors G STEPHEN CURRY is selling his Spanish-style home in Orinda, Calif., for $3.895M. The five-bedroom house was "built in the style of a Spanish hacienda with a red-tiled roof and white stucco exterior covered in ivy, which surrounds the front door." He remodeled the kitchen, "equipping it with two Sub-Zero refrigerators, two Miele dishwashers, [and] a 60-inch Viking range" (SFGATE.com, 5/10).  

WE HAVE A DEAL: Hawks G JEFF TEAGUE "has sold his Buckhead penthouse" in Atlanta for $1.9M. The 4,325-square-foot penthouse "has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bathroom and features walls of floor to ceiling windows, a media room, a bar, and an office" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 5/11)....Former NFLer CHRIS KLUWE "has sold his gamer-ready home" in a gated Huntington Beach, Calif., community for $1.84M. Kluwe, an avid gamer, "commissioned the project, which converted an unused room into a custom gaming space complete with stadium seating, a dual gaming center and a 106-inch projector screen." The 3,700-square-foot property has "four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and three fireplaces in all." The house "last changed hands six years ago" for $1.65M (LATIMES.com, 5/11)....BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN "has sold off" his four-acre Rumson, N.J., home to Thunder G RANDY FOYE for $1.737M (NJ.com, 5/11).
