Buyers & Sellers: Ryan Tannehill Buys Home On Canal In Ft. Lauderdale For $4.3M

Dolphins QB RYAN TANNEHILL spent $4.3M on a "canal home" in Ft. Lauderdale's Colee Hammock area. The 5,400-square-foot, one-story home was "designed by a Frank Lloyd Wright disciple" in '81. It has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a guest house with one bedroom and a gym. The lot has "100 feet of canal with a dock" (MIAMI HERALD, 3/25).

WHERE I WANNA BE: CBS NFL analyst TONY GONZALEZ recently paid $7.1M for a home in Beverly Hills. The move comes "roughly nine months" after Gonzales sold an estate in Santa Barbara, Calif., for $6.3M. The traditional-style main house was built in '51, and the estate includes a "guest house, a swimming pool, a pool house, lawns and mature trees" across about three quarters of an acre (LATIMES.com, 3/24).

LOOKING TO SCORE: USMNT coach JURGEN KLINSMANN "listed his Craftsman-style Newport Beach house" for just under $2.4M. The 3,000-square-foot house has a "family room and formal living room, which share a fireplace." The four-bedroom home "boasts an updated, gourmet kitchen with a win fridge and an eat-in area" (ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER, 3/29).
