Strivr Labs Creates New Fan-Focused Division Headed Up By Mulvey, Murphy

Virtual reality outfit Strivr Labs Inc. has built a dedicated Fan Experience and VR Production division aimed at creating fan-facing productions and solutions for teams, leagues and venues. The new division will be led by Strivr Managing Partners LOGAN MULVEY and BRIAN MURPHY and seeks to use virtual reality to create immersive fan-facing experiences. Initial clients for the new division have included the Patriots, Visa, Bank of America and MSG, which have used Strivr to create experiences that simulate the feeling of being a player. “You truly feel like you are on the ice at the Garden, and it brings our fans to places they’ve never been before,” said MSG Exec VP/Corporate Development & Strategy ANDREW LUSTGARTEN. The company in its first year of operation focused heavily on player training solutions for the emerging video format.
