Predators Announce All 82 Games Will Be Aired On TV For First Time In Team History

For the "first time in franchise history, all 82 of the Predators' regular-season games will be televised," according to Adam Vingan of the Nashville TENNESSEAN. Seventy-eight "will be aired locally" on FS Tennessee. The other four "will be broadcast nationally" on NBC Sports Network. All coverage of NHL All-Star Weekend, which emanates from Nashville on Jan. 30-31, "will also be aired" on NBCSN. The "most notable change to the broadcast will be the debut of Willy Daunic as the play-by-play analyst." Daunic, who formerly held the same position on the radio, "will switch" with announcer Pete Weber. Daunic "will be joined by former Predators forward Stu Grimson on color commentary" (Nashville TENNESSEAN, 9/23). Former NHLer Chris Mason will join the Predators Radio Network as a color commentator for select games and split duties with Brent Peterson (Predators).
