FanDuel Partners With Sportradar To Give Fantasy Football Managers Some Legitimate Player Stats

Fanduel, one the hottest fantasy football operators in the world right now has teamed up with one of the most comprehensive sports data sources in the world, Sportradar, to provide a unique fantasy experience.

Sportradar are official partners with the NFL and have the rights to distribute any and all data collected during the season to digital outlets. With fantasy sport having grown in huge numbers during the digital age, up-to-date news on player stats, team line-ups and injuries has become extremely valuable.

“We are building the best technologies, products and features for sports fans and part of that is offering our users the most accurate and most compelling content,” said Nigel Eccles, CEO and co-founder of FanDuel, according to Sportradar’s press release. “Sportradar has built an incredible platform and we are partnering with them to complement our core product by delivering the fastest play-by-play feed to our players.”

Fanduel also recently brought on leading next-generation analytics company, numberFire, in a further attempt to capture the most accurate and up-to-date stats available.

“Daily fantasy sports is an intensely competitive space and we could not be more pleased to partner with FanDuel to ensure that their fantasy players experience the most accurate play-by-play data this football season,” said Steve Byrd, Chief Commercial Officer at Sportradar.
