360Fly, which in August will bring to market a mountable video camera that records 360-degree video, is set to name DENNIS MAGNER CMO, MICHAEL LANZON Dir of Sales and SCOTT ANDERSON Chief Creative Dir. The trio will serve under 360Fly CEO PETER ADDERTON, who previously founded prepaid wireless carriers Boost Mobile and Amp’d Mobile. The company earlier this month forged a partnership with Chip Ganassi Racing’s Global Rally Cross team, and in recent months has signed several athlete endorsers -- motocross rider CHAD REED, surfer CARISSA MOORE, BMXer TERRY ADAMS and mountain biker TODD WELLS (Alex Silverman, Staff Writer).

Miller will be supporting Pepsi’s NFL platform and Nisson will assist with the brand’s NBA initiatives (GSE)....UFC Senior VP & GM/Europe DAVID ALLEN has left the company. His departure was “sudden, as he just presided over the UFC Berlin event.” No replacement “has been found just yet” (MMAFIGHTING.com, 6/24).
